Mutual betrayal

This is a full-length Japanese film about a married couple. A young, beautiful woman is married to an older, wealthy man. It seems like they have everything they need, a happy home, and he pampers her, but every night she bursts into tears. The man realizes she finds him repulsive. So, to avoid further trauma, he finds a mistress with whom he makes passionate love and leaves his wife alone at night.
